Muslim Life Power Point Project

Directions: For this assignment/project you will be creating a short PowerPoint presentation that gives an overview of the Islam followers in the Arabian Peninsula.  You will have one hour to complete this assignment and share/Email it to me.  dave.hajek@washougalsd.org

Requirements:

·         7 slides including the Title Page with intro

·         All slides should have an appropriate title at the top

1.       = Title Page/Introduction to the Muslim world – provide brief synopsis of the Islamic religion and was all about – Include one picture

2.       = Muhammad Slide – Provide one slide on who Muhammad was – Include one picture

3.       = Mecca Slide – Provide one slide on what Mecca is – Include one picture

4.       = Quran – what is the Quran– significance of it – what it does – information like that – Include one picture

5.       = The Five Pillars of Islam – what are the specifically – what responsibilities did they have – include one picture

6.       = Sunni – What is this? – What are their beliefs – include one picture

7.       = Shiite – What is this? – What are their beliefs – include one picture

·         All slides should use bullet points for information

·         All slides should have creativity to them – add extra pictures, play with the formatting, etc.

·         Be sure that your background and text contrast well –  remember this will print in black and white
